The First Halloween

Posted on 01. Nov, 2007 by Rob in All, Life, Older, Parenting

Dressed in his full pirate regalia (maybe an homage to TFSM?) our son was let loose upon the unsuspecting populace to pillage and riot.

This is the first year we have taken Kellen out for Trick or Treating and it was a success. We went to a local mall for ease. He quickly got the idea of holding up his bucket, saying “trick or treat”, and then “thank you”. The crowds and costumes were a mind-blowing experience for him and his face was in a constant state of wonderment. I think next year we will be ready for door to door. I hope everyone had a great Halloween.
